This 10” clay figure was presented as part of the Stage II Submission for the National Native American Veterans Memorial Competition in Washington D.C. (Smithsonian; National Museum of the American Indian). Rocknak was one of five finalists, and her team included The Architectural and Engineering Firm, Akana, and sculptor Peter Jones.
